Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the E-Bike

  Securely pack the bike in its original packaging, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate a specialized freight pickup for your e-bike or provide a prepaid shipping label for smaller accessories.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned item for sports-grade integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
